Clients must book sessions in advance. Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the nature of the event, the time of year, and other factors and will generally be stated in the presentation agreement and are negotiable at the time of booking. When not specified otherwise, bookings will be non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days in advance, but will receive full credit to be rescheduled to any date for which Adzooks is available and agreeable if postponed more than 3 days in advance, or at any time if the postponement is due to unavoidable or unexpected circumstances.

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or in advance of services unless otherwise agreed to. Accepted payment methods include credit card, Pay Pal, check, or bank transfers. Other methods available upon request.

We strive to deliver engaging, high-quality programs, but outcomes depend on participation, setting, event promotion, and audience dynamics.
